1.For my network templates i have added a new field, named as "IP address" in incident template and Service Catalog services as a numeric. Whenever a requester adds the IP address suppose, say "10.100.13.89" then it doesn't takes the value entered. It shows an error as "Please provide the numeric value for field". Attached is the screenshot of the template i want to add, named as "numeric.jpg".
2. Whenever a note has been added by technician, it asks in a pop-up "Show this notes to requester also" but why a requester doesn't get any notification mail about the update in request, if i allow him to view even i have selected to "Acknowledge user by email when an request
is updated" in Notification Rules. Attched id the screenshot for your reference named as "note.jpg".
3. Whenever a requester fills his details in My Details tab such as his Phone no, Location, Department, Job title and employee ID. The application fetches all his information automatically whenever a requester raises a request but not his Employee ID. Attached is the screenshot of the request raised by user which doesn't contains his Employee ID, named as "Employee_ID.jpg".
4. A technicians doesn't have a tab of "My Details". Even a technician can also face any kind of issue which is not related to his department, so he also need to raise a request.
