Problems creating new technicians
Hi Guys,
Just got Service Desk into a production environment after successful testing but I have had problems trying to create new technicians after I have deleted old ones.
I am using the same user names as the previously deleted users but can't as the application keeps informing me the user name already exists.
Can anyone help, can I manually delete from the MySQL DB?
