Problems and feature suggestions

I've been evaluating OpManager for a couple of weeks now, and it's pretty good for the price. I'm having a few problems (probably just configuration issues). Running OpManager Build 5510

Problems:

1. Everytime the computer hosting the OpManager service reboots, extra lines get put into the message section of my notification profiles. This is annoying as you have to go in and delete them everytime. I'm running it on Windows XP Pro at the moment for eval purposes.

After a reboot it looks like this:
Generated at: $strModTime

Error Condition: $stringseverity

Device: $displayName

Category: $category

Message: $message

2. I have one server that shows 100% downtime. All other servers are fine and setup the same as far as I can see. I've attached a picture of the graph.

3. I notice that sometimes in the password for a server, the \ character will be removed from my username (domain\username) and then my windows service monitors fail. I can't pin down what causes this, but it's happened to me several times now.

Suggestions:

1. Schedule reports to automatically run and save as pdf to a specified directory would be great.

2. More report styles. For instance, a report that shows all graphs for a particular server. A report that shows each utilization (cpu, memory, network traffic, etc..) graph for ALL servers instead of just top XX servers.

3. Merge the functionality of the java client and web client, and eliminate one or the other. It's confusing that they have different interfaces and functionality.

4. A dashboard that shows all servers on one screen with small versions of the important gauges that you normally see on the device details dashboard.

5. In Event Rules, it would be nice to have an option to ignore particular event ids. I'm currently marking them as "clear", but it would be cleaner (IMO) to have an "ignore" radio button. Also, it would be nice if the rules had a matching priority. It seems if you have the All System Events checked, it doesn't matter what specific System event log rules you have setup below that.

6. The ability to make multiple selections in the Quick Configuration Wizard where this would make sense.

That's all I can remember at the moment.
