Problems after conversion to MSSQL

Problems after conversion to MSSQL

We currently use build 7011 and a live and test system.  Currently our live system uses MySql but we want to convert it to MSSQL.  The test system was created for the purpose of testing the DBconversion.

I installed our current build under MySql, restored the backup and everything was working perfectly (i did have to edit the restoredata.bat file to exclude the wordoccurences table using the "-Dsdp.restore.error.ignoretables=wordoccurrences" command, to resolve a different issue where the requests didn't restore)

I converted the database to MSSQL using the procedure found in these very forums, however several problems have appeared since.

On the first restore, the servicedesk wasn't  working at all.  If i tried to load it on a web browser the browser would constantly and rapidly alternate between 2 pages.

I shutdown servicedesk and repeated the restore as before.  This time the web interface works perfectly, but only on the server.  I am presented with a completely blank page with no errors when using a client machine (wiping cookies and turning off pass through authentication made no difference).  Also, when open on the server, the "global view" tab appears blank with no graph or technician queues and none of the header buttons ("about"," license" and "feedback") work.  Nothing happens when i click them.

Can anyone shed any light on this problem?  We want to roll this out to our live system as soon as possible but this is holding us up.

Many thanks in advance,
