Problems Accessing after 24 hours

This is a strange issue... after about 24 hours (sometimes more or less) we can't access the web interface.

On the local machine (RHEL4) I can telnet to the local interface and reach port 80 no problem.... and this is by connecting remotely across the same ethernet port via SSH....

I'm trying to find out if this is a server issue or if there are logs in OpManager that I can check to see if it's possibly software related?

Also, I know how to start OpManager but what's the command line to shut it down?
