Problems

I have some questions about OPMANAGER :

First : I would like to know how I can personalize the data displayed in the home page of the web client.

Second : I would like to know how you calculate the response time of the "applications". For example, he indicate 2100 ms for an imap server who has no problem and is answering to requests very quickly.

Third : I have some problems with one of my servers. To get some of its properties like disk utilization, memory utilization, cpu load, i have to refresh the interface two or three times. And there are no data availables for this server in the graph viewer. This server is in the same network that many other that are supervised too and have the same properties that the other. This server is SNMP capable. I don't understand.
