Probleme starting opmanger

Good morning,

I've a problem with testing the latest evaluate version of OpManager
The service won't start

I try to start manually the service and it stops here:
all process start
Verifying connection with web server

I choose the web server port 8060

What must I verify?
What sort of files can I send you to see my problem?
