Problem with Windows MFA in combination with Remote DesktopApp

Initial situation:

- We are currently testing the MFA for endpoints for access to a terminal server.

- Server 2019 environment (domain controller, terminal server, etc.).

Problem:

- Application is deployed via Remote DesktopApp (not via RDPWeb, but via customized .rdp files).

- The user session is terminated at some point by closing the application (on the terminal server the user is visible as disconnect)

- If the user starts the remote desktop application again, the session is randomly killed (sometimes after 5 seconds, sometimes after 30 seconds, sometimes directly)

- One does not have the possibility to execute the MFA

This behavior only occurs when the session is established via RemotedesktopApp. In a full desktop session everything works, even if you disconnect and reconnect.
