Problem with Used Disk Space monitoring

Hi,
I am currently using OPManager build number 6010. I am currently encountering the following problems with regards to Used disk space monitoring. Pardon for the long post. i am trying to give as much details as i can to describe the current situation i am facing.

1) After a specific drive "used disk space" threshold has been violated, it does not clear automatically. I have to go into the administration console to clear the alarm myself.

Qn ->> Is this how OPManager works? Is OPmanager able to detect once the amount of used disk space is below the threshold and clear the alarm automatically w/o any human intervention?

2) After the 1st violation alarm has been cleared manually via the administration webpage, OPManager does not send a notification email even though i have set the option "notify when the alarm is cleared" in my notification profile. Note that my email notifications settings and profiles have been set up properly as i am able to get an email alert of the first occurence of the threshold violation.

QN ->> Is this normal? or does the option "notify when the alarm is cleared" only apply to certain things?

3) After the 1st threshold violation, subsequent threshold violation does not get detected. When i delete the monitor (used disk space for a specific drive) and add it again for the server, it will then be able to detect the threshold violation and send the email to me.

QN ->> Is this normal?

Anybody has any solutions? or have encountered these situations b4? Maybe OPManager support can help?

If there are known patches that will help to resolve these issues, kindly point them out and where to get them. Thanks in advance to anybody who can help.
