Problem with update from SDP 8127 to 8200
Hello
On the test server, I try to make upgrade from version 8127 to 8200. When I run updatemanager, i see an error:

(or)
Previous upgrade is failed and the message for the same will be displayed in the Command Prompt.

why the update manager it trying to start mysql server when i have only pgsql data base?
also I have tryed to make a clear install sdp 8126 for update it to 8127 and after update to 8200 but when i start update manager i see the same error
