Problem with Time Spent Entry
Hi Service Desk Support,
After SD+6 upgrade, I'm having a problem viewing requests with Time Spent Entries. It only displays half of the request page up to the Request Details portion of the screen. In some cases, it displays the following text: <a class='spotEdit' href=javascript:void(0);"onClick="loadSimp...
Also, for those problem request tickets, the menu buttons (such as Assign & Action) do not respond when clicked.
On a good note, when I generate a Time Spent report my data appears.
