Ok umm the concept of showing all the mails in SP12 under conversations is a good intention, but poorly implemented. Let me give you an example.

In my environment I have 3 technicians, all of which are notified when a new task is added. And because of the implementation of the product they are also all notified when a reply to a task is sent in (this still boggles me that anyone other then the assigned tech would get a mail !).

So UserA creates a task. TechA sends him a mail via Service Desk, the user replies.

At this point under "conversations" you will see _9_ items listed.

You will see :
Admin -> Requestor that task was created
Admin -> TechA that new task was entered
Admin -> TechB "
Admin -> TechC "
TechA -> Requestor asking a quesetion
Requestor -> SD answering the question
Admin -> TechA notifying of a reply to task
Admin -> TechB "
Admin -> TechC "

This is CRAZY It makes the "conversations" almost useless because they get filled with so much "junk" it was much better when all these admin messages were not shown in the task as they have nothing to do with the task or its completion. In a task with 2-3 messages going back and forth to the requestor you will have 15+ threads showing in the task window ..

Also when listing all the requests, it would be handy if the green "mail" icon only lit up when there was NEW mail in a request that you had not seen.
