Problem with service monitor
I have a W2003 server monitored with opmanager and everything goes fine except the service monitoring.
Every time I try to add a monitor I obtain the following error:
"Error # User credentials cannot be used for local connections".
Userid and password are okay so I tried to check the request to the server and I saw that there is not any request when I try to add the monitor, so the problem seems related directly with opmanager.
Any suggestion?
