problem with scanning a workstation
I'm use servicedesk Version : 4.1.0
Build Number : 4105
windows xp pro italian version.
I'try to scan a workstation and i receive this message:
FAILURE : No response received from workstation. Probably the workstation might be switched off or does not exist.
