Problem with Resoultion automated email

Problem with Resoultion automated email

Hi

When the job is closed and the resoultion email is sent out to the user, only sometimes is the resoultion included in the email. These fields are set to mandtory and a resoultion must be filled in before it can be closed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
