Hello,

 

Group notification is not working correctly. When a request is assigned to a group, the notification is not send out to all technicians which should recieve the notification. Only some of them receive it.

 

I removed the technicians from the notification list and reassigned them, but this didn´t help. Please advise

 

Version is 7.6.0 Build 7603
