last week we have installed the OPmanager Distributed editton, (build 7501), we are going to monitor aproximatly 1000 devices that are located in more remote locations.

The Database from the Central server is on MSSQL 2005, and the database from the Probe is on mysql.

The Problems that we are facing at the moment are these:

the Graphical interface(CPU Utilization, Disk Utilization,etc…) in the snapshot view from the Probe location, is not appearing in the snapshot view of the Central Server.
I have made a couple of rediscoveries, but nothing has changed. The credentials are the same as they are on the Probe location(global). the Strange thing ist hat they was present for a couple of days after the Probe Installation and the Device Discoverys, after I ‚have made some adjusments for the devices in the Probes they didn't appear anymore…

finaly i have deleted the probe and installed it again. after I have installed the Probe again, the discovered devices in the probe location are now not show at all in on the central server!

I tried to troubleshoot those issues, but without succes yet.

I would be thankful if you could give me some useful hints how to troubleshoot this issues..
