I installed the latest patch (8720) and restarted the server and now the modem is just coming up as disconnected. I have uninstalled the modem several times and tried everything I can think of, but OpManager refuses to see the modem. The windows server sees it fine in device manager.

I'd appreciate some suggestions from the experts :-)
