Problem with Opmanager 8052

Hi.
I have installed OpManager 8052, premium edition running on a PC with a processor with 2 cores, 4 GB of RAM and Windows 2008 R2 Standard.

The database is mysql and contains 980 devices with 4900 interfaces.
Once a week the service stops and backup is done the same with the graphical tool (Data Maintenance)
For some time, I have the following problem: start the service after trying to enter OpManager I get the following message:
"Error downloading client files from BE"

I ran RepairDb.bat repeatedly, but the problem is not solved.
