Problem with notification
Hi,
I have problem with Notification Rules.
When I chose "
Acknowledge requester by e-mail when the request is updated" and try to change some fields (status, description, subject, etc) of request, I dont get any notification. What reason can be?
Also, I create new field with type Date. And I want send auto e-mail to creator of request, when this field will be change. How do it better?
Help me please.
