Hi every time I try to install ServiceDesk Plus MSP version 14.x or greater I get error with Postgres Database (cannot start). When I try to ./initPgsql.sh i get error saying problem with timezone setup - Permission Denied.  I tried to verify md5 hashes of gettimezone files but no luck.

So I tried to install older versions. And successfully installed 13004.

Then I wanted to install ServicePacks.

I started with ManageEngine_ServiceDesk_Plus_-_MSP_14_0_0_SP-0_0_0.ppm

- but another problem - system is not recognizing certificate of ppm file:

Signature does not match with any available certificates. Please import valid certificate or contact support.

Does anybody faced same problem and fixed it. My goal is to have latest 14.9 version installed - this is my start with SDPlus.
