Problem with Email Format in ServiceDeskPlus System

 Hi,

Currently I got problem with Mail Format in ServiceDeskPlus, while it received the request via the email.

The problem is, it show only one line when received mail that contents many line if I sent using Rich Text Format, which is my company standard format. But if I send out using HTML Format, it hasn't any problem.

Did anyone know how to solved that problem?
