problem with e-mail notification snmp traps

we are created those determined notifications profiles, which are associated to some servers. With the appearance of that determined snmp trap from the server, the monitoring must send information on e-mail to administrators. But with appearance snmp trap letter they do not come, evidently on the mail server so that the monitoring would attempt to send letter. Profiles configuration, mail configuration, snmp trap configuration are correct. But if for example threshold (overfilled disk space), operates, then letters with the informations come. Problem is observed only with the informations about snmp traps. It ceased to work after upgrade to version 6.0, in version 5.5 it worked. The configuration of monitoring (system tuning) did not change, changed only version.
