problem with deploying Adobe Flash player

good morning everyone,
when i am trying to deploy this patch:
Update for Adobe Flash Player for IE (28.0.0.137) - APSB18-01 
there is a problem, which is:

The indicated destination element already contains media.


but when i scan the device, desktop central says this is missing patch !!
