I do not know who this issue needs to go to. I recived the cd with the demo version on it. We are currenlty evaluating several helpdesk softwares. Loading the software was no problem but when I go to start the ServiceDesk manage engine it hangs. The blue bar at the bottom of the screen gets about 90% but never finishes. The program does not coming up as not responding in the task manager and I looked at the processor and memeory and it is not being maxed out so why is it not running. I am running it on a windows 2003 server. I looked at the admin manual and it mentions nothing special about windows 2003 server.
