Problem with Cyrillic charset
Hi all!
I have problem with Cyrillic charset in ServiceDesk. If I post requiest by Web - all OK, but if request posted by mail fetching - I've only "????????" in Title and description and in mail notification... How can I define charset for mailfetching? Is it real?
Can I translate system interface to Russian or other language?
