problem with collecting data after turning server off
Hi!
I am using OpManager 6.0 free edition for monitoring 2 Cisco routers and 4 3com switches. It was working fine until recently.
Due to power installation maintenace in our building, we had to shut down all the servers, among them server with OpManager. After turning it on, OpManager started succsessfully, and I could access by web interface.
But when I try to view traffic on any of the interfaces, router or switch, I have
graphics only till the moment the server was turned off and the rest is blank.
On this forum I found a post for backup of database and i preformed that procedure. Then I tried to performe restore and it didn't work I think.
The notes I am getting are in attachment.
