problem with character set in e-mails coming from SD Plus

Hello

when I use the function "reply to requester" and I use in the body of the message special characters , such as � or � or � ,etc... (common in French, German, ...)

Then the requester gets an e-mail like this :

This message uses a character set that is not supported by the Internet Service. To view the original message content, open the attached message. If the text doesn't display correctly, save the attachment to disk, and then open it using a viewer that can display the original character set.

in the attachment, the text is given, but without the special characters

e.g. "� " becomes "=E9 "

Mime-Version: 1.0
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=Cp1252
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable
