Function  "Change Password"  does not work for the domain user accounts (resource type WindowsDomain, non-agent mode) in whose behalf contains non-English characters.

However, a problem with https://forums.manageengine.com/topic/windows-agent-workstation-and-local-accounts-with-non-english-names the ability to use non-English environments PMP is very limited.

Please fix this problem.
