Problem with Category List

My configuration :
SDP 7.0.0 build 7020
We have a small problem: We have a category that is not still used so we want delete it.
We try to restore an old database but I think this problem is very old... Actually we are in production envrionnement so we can't to huge test.
The category is grey coloured in ADMIN panel and it don't appear for user.
In attachement there is the problem.
Do someone has a idea to delete it ?
