Hi,

i made integration (from this URL https://help.servicedeskplus.com/integration-with-microsoft-teams) our Servicedesk Plus ( 14.5 build 14503) with MS Teams and i have problem with BOT - does not work. For example Request List View Personal App is working well and i can log in to SDP in Teams and i see my all requests, but the bot does not accept any commands.

Our servicedesk plus is accesible only from our LAN - is not publish to Internet. This is may problem why bot is not working?
