Hello,

I have a problem with taking backup configuration. As shown at the picture below, when I request to take a backup config.  NCM open the session to take the backup and it's backup conifg send to Tftp server. but 10 seconds later I see the backup file removed from tftp server and NCM tell me the backup is failed. 

Can you please help me to fix this ?

I have noticed when I check the NCM credentials, that device response is not green light , I guess this is the reason for this problem.
