Problem with Authenticating the Integration ( Integrate Desktop Central with Service Desk Plus)

Hi All,

I have a problem with Authenticating the Integration .

Desktop central with key license 30 days

I get API key in Desktop central , then I get error when I import to Service Desk Plus.




Why API key Invalid .

Who can tell me how can I fix it ?   Thanks
