Problem With Alerts!
I am using Opmanager Version 8
It is showing sites as active
Monitoring Interval is 5 mins
If i try to ping the site , The results that I am getting are
Reply from 10.63.0.1: TTL expired in transit.
Request timed out.

Request timed out.
Request timed out.
Request timed out.
Request timed out.
what is the difference between alerts Probabale Device Failure and Device Down?
Can someone please help me ASAP?
