Problem with 6005 Upgrade..

Hi There,

We did the upgrade on the central server to version 6005 from 6004 and this seemed to go all good, the services started back up and we could access the central console and view the probes.

After around 20 minutes (I am guessing the time it takes for the probes to update) I started noticing several had dropped off and were red.

We logged into each one and all the services are running and the Icon is in the task bar indicating OpManager is running but no communication with the central server.

Can someone please contact me ASAP regarding this. This is affecting many of our probes and starting to feel naked with these all running.

I tried calling the contact number under the support page in OpManager but I just get a recorded message with no option for support, it just goes through to Voicemail.
