First time poster. :)
As of the 10th of Dec all of my agents are now reporting "Problem while generating patch scan data."
I have tried manual scans from the console and from the client. Reinstall of the client did not work, rebooted the clients and the server, same issue. Updated to 10.0.630, same problem.
Added an exception to or AV for the c:\program files(86)\Desktop Central Agent\
Verifed that the proxy is working correctly and even put an exception for the serve to have unlimited access to the internet.
Any other ideas I can try? Seems to have happened after the last MS patch Tuesday on the 7th of Dec.
The Linux clients seem to be working with out issue,
