Problem when trying to update version 8201 to 8212
Dear,
When trying to update the servce Desk Plus 8201 to 8212 is giving the following error:
sorry, uninstalling is not currently supported
I've tried all versions 8202 to 8212 and all give the same error.
How can I solve this?
Attached the logs generated.
