Problem when removing a technician
If I add an AD user directly as a technician (let's say admin role), and I then later remove that user and add either an OU or a security group WITH that user within it, I can't log on with this user.
The system says it doesn't exist. The only way to be able to log in again with that user, is to re-create the user.
At least, this happens in our system.
