Problem upgrading ServiceDesk from 7611 to 8000
Hi,
I am having problem in upgrading SD from 7611 to 8000.
I got this message when I reached 99% of the upgrade process "Failure, Please check the link".
I have done the rollback process and now it is working but I need to upgrade the ServiceDesk.
Can you help me?
