Problem uninstalling agent and installing patches
PROBLEM:
I was having problems uninstalling agents
"unable to get agent status. operation timed out"
I was also having problem installing patches and services packs.
Solution: (for me anyway)
Click START---RUN
Enter msiexec /unregister
Then msiexec /regserver
(it will look like nothing happened when you run both commands, but something did)
after that i was able to uninstall the 6.2.10 and install 6.2.11 agent
on pc's where service packs were not installing and some office patches, worked again
just something i thought id share with you
