Dear Support,

I have apply patch from ServiceDesk Plus 8.0.2.7 to 8.1,

Got the error fail to install the patch and then cannot start up services.

Try to type run.bat in command prompt and get this error:

unclean shutdown with previous run.

Would you please advise any solution for it? Thanks.
