Problem scanning domain or workstation

I continue to get the error message

FAILURE :Either access denied for the user or the remote DCOM option might be disabled in the workstation.

I know the password is correct and I've already seached on post before and the pc's I am trying to scan have "Enable Distrib buted COM on this computer" enabled. I've uncheck and restarted and then reenabled.

I've used the old version demo before and didn't have this problem on the same group of computers. I did go with product then because of no ms sql but now would like to test with ms sql if I could get pc's scanned.

Please help?
