Problem of integrating op manager with service desk plus
trying to get service desk plus to integrate with op manager but op manager tells me my server is too busy to fetch information. I checked the log files and got this error msg. im thinking maybe it has something to do with the fact that im using active directory logins so i dont have a default admin account. only the ones through active directory. your quick response would be greatly appreciated.
