Problem of Alerts

Problem of Alerts

Hi All,

I got a problem of Alerts of 4030 version of EventLog Analyzer. After I configure an Alert Profile. EventLog Analyzer does not e-mail me a alert e-mail, but I can see the alert has been generated. Moreover, it could run the program I set. Lastly, I am sure it should not be the problem of e-mail server, cus I can receive a test mail or Report!

Any idea?
