Problem monitoring new Allied Telesys switch...

Need to monitor a new Allied Telesys switch. The basic switch template shows interfaces OK but I want to get more info by using the MIB from Allied Telesys.

I uploaded the MIB using the MIB browser. The OID is .1.3.6.1.4.1.207

Using the MIB browser, I test it by getting the info using the above OID with the switch IP address. The SNMP info is returned as expected.

I go to custom templates, and add Allied Telesys as a vendor, plus add other template details (Name, Icon etc.)

I then query the device, but the OID that returns is:

.1.3.6.1.4.1.alliedTelesyn.atiProduct.swhub.at-9424T-GB

When I go to 'add monitor' I don't get any of the specific Allied Telesys stuff. Just the standard switch monitors.

When I go to the MIB browser and test the .1.3.6.1.4.1.alliedTelesyn.atiProduct.swhub.at-9424T-GB OID - I get an error - 'problem undefined'.

So what gives here? I have tried deleting the device, re-adding it, everything.

All the interfaces show up, no switch monitoring stuff comes back.

Is there anything I have done wrong in adding the MIB / Custom Template?
