I got this error:   User credentials cannot be used for local connections

Following this tip doesn't work:

There are 2 problems:

1.  After I removed the windows credential, I can no longer add any new wmi monitors.  I get error message saying I need to supply username and password.

2.  I cannot use device template

I found a work around by specifying a dummy username/password.  However, it doesn't address the device template issue.

Also, where do I download the latest update patch for OpManager?
