Problem Monitoring IMAP POP MTA on Exchange 2003

Hello,

I monitor an Exchange 2003 with application Manager. It works perfectly except for the POP, IMAP and MTA. I can't see any traffic in this monitors (it said NA).
It is perhaps the same error but I don't have any stats for the Information Store.

Do you have an idea to solve my problem.
