Problem logging into PMP

Hello, my scenario is:

For some reason the admin user of my PMP does not let me login to the console, so I opened a ticket with Manageengine support and they provided me with some .bat files to reset the password via pmp_key.key.

These files did let me reset the admin password but still when I log in it tells me that the user or password is incorrect.

Is there any way with some .bat file to change the role of the admin users that I can log in and set as superadmin role?

I forgot, the admin user is local to the PMP and has 2FA active.
