Problem loading traps from MIBS

We are having trouble in loading trap processors fra MIBS.
On a test installation (Build 5510) on a Windows 2003 SP1 server this works fine - allthough you only can do this, when you are logged in as Admin - with any other user the option "load traps processors from MIB" is not displayed.
On our main Opmanager server (Windows 2000 Server with SP4), you can see the list with MIBS, but when you select one to see the traps in the MIB, nothing happens. The MIB, we are trying to use, is IBM-SERVERAID.
Has anyone seen this problem before ??
