For some reason it didn't post my last topic so might be a risk of double posting! This is my first time with OpsManager and here's a list of problems I'm experiencing with the product. If anyone has a resolution or if it can be added in a future release that'd be great:

 

1. can't assign a URL monitor to mutliple devices

2. quick configuration wizard isn't quick

3. templates limited to only performance monitors

4. unable to assign multiple services to multiple servers

5. constantly required to login between probes and central server

6. Can't change a VM off virtual device without losing the monitors. For fully virtualised environments this makes infrastructure views pointless

 

7. unable to check FTP without a script

8. sorting on the 'All Devices' page of virtualization is saved. I constantly have to tell it to sort by name

9. back button isn't intelligent and requires you to go back to the main page if you've configured a device etc.

10. response time of support is extremely slow

11. URL monitor can't be assigned to more than one device.
